The USA Rugby League (USARL) has named seasoned coach, businessman and sports administrator Peter  Illfied the organization’s inaugural Chairman. Illfield preliminarily lays out his vision for the new USARL, a high-level, semi-professional Rugby League competition in the USA formed on the principles of transparency, accountability and equal voting and equity participation by its participants. The USARL is a cooperative of the Member Clubs.
